ABOUT HYP3 FITNESS
Created in 2015, HYP3 Fitness was birthed out of desire to make cardio routines creative, challenging, fun and impossible to skip. The HYP3 Team seeks to make workouts so enjoyable that participants forget that they're actually working out.
Using their exclusive step boards, HYP3 Fitness creates energetic step aerobic routines that are choreographed to the beat of popular old and new school urban music. In addition to step aerobics, HYP3 has created a variety of programs on and off the boards that incorporate robes, weights, pilate bars, and other equipment.
Following the passion of Owner and Founder, Jermon Guest, the HYP3 Family motivates and supports one another towards health and wellness. What began as a local phenomenon is quickly growing into a worldwide movement that is changing and saving the lives of many.

Meet the Team
Tenae has been a certified professional trainer since 2019. She has competed in 2 NPC Bodybuilding Competitions placing 1st in Masters and 3rd Overall. She specializes in weight loss and will show you how to build your muscle mass both through progressive overload. She also has experience in nutritional coaching.
I believe our bodies are God’s temple and it is so important that we take care of it by what we eat and with physical exercise. You can build your body into whatever it is you want as long as you make the decision to commit to your journey.
Tyrone Cooper has been a personal trainer since 2017. He has always been passionate about health and fitness. He is certified in strength and conditioning, specializing in speed and agility. His main focus is coaching fundamentals and techniques with young athletes, while being a mentor to the youth. Tyrone's end goal is to encourage people to be stronger, faster, and more knowledgeable about their fitness journey.
Shelley Taylor is a native of Hopkinsville, KY and a graduate of The University of Louisville where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science Sports Medicine with a concentration in Human Health and Performance. Shelley is a group fitness instructor at Hyp3 Fitness specializing in cardio, dance, step aerobics, weight training and currently studying for her Masters Degree in Kinesiology.
Angelique is a group fitness instructor for HYP3 Fitness. In 2018, she developed a love for Step Cardio. Shortly after in 2022, she began participating in classes at Hyp3 before becoming a certified Hyp3 instructor. She specializes in Step Cardio, Pilates, weight training, strength, and Tabata.
